Angular2のディレクティブは大文字小文字を区別します。 ディレクティブは*ngIfで、'I'は大文字です。

Angularは*ngifに対してエラーを投げます。なぜなら、そのようなディレクティブが何であるかを知らないからです。

CommonModule は、ルートモジュール（AppModule）か、*ngIf を使用したいモジュール（例: TestModule）にインポートする必要があります。
